OBJECTIVE To study the contribution of the IL10 gene to the susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). METHODS Analysis by fluorescent-semiautomated genotyping of a dinucleotide repeat located in the promoter region of the IL10 locus (microsatellite G).
