Stripe rust, caused by Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici (Pst), is one of the most devastating diseases worldwide and is also an important disease in China. The wheat translocation line H9014-121-5-5-9 was originally developed from interspecific hybridization between wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) line 7182 and Psathyrostachys huashanica Keng.
