This paper proposes an equivalent-circuit generation from the finite-element (FE) model of electromagnetic devices using a model order reduction (MOR). In this method, an equivalent circuit is directly generated from the reduced transfer function obtained using MOR based on Padé approximation via the Lanczos process.
