A CURRENT MAJOR concern in constructing errorcorrecting codes is how to make them simply decodable and efficient. In recent years the demand for, such codes has been accelerated by the development of digital systems. Majority-logic decodable codes are simply decodable but generally not efficient. On the other hand BoseChaudhuri-Hocquenguem (BCH) codes are efficient but not simply decodable.
