This study aimed to investigate whether the DNA methylation of human ovarian carcinoma stromal progenitor cells (OCSPCs) could promote the tumorigenesis of ovarian carcinoma. OCSPCs were first isolated from fresh tumor tissues and ascites of ovarian cancer patients.
