PURPOSE Hormone resistance remains a significant clinical problem in prostate cancer with few therapeutic options. Research into mechanisms of hormone resistance is essential. EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN We analyzed 38 paired (prehormone/posthormone resistance) prostate cancer samples using the Vysis GenoSensor.
