Gemcitabine: cutaneous, hepatic and vascular disorders.

Abstract

In addition to the adverse effects shared by all cytotoxic drugs, gemcitabine carries a risk of Lyell syndrome and other related cutaneous disorders, various types of liver damage (sometimes with positive rechallenge), and arterial thrombosis sometimes associated with necrosis.
