PURPOSE To report a case of gastric signet ring cell adenocarcinoma metastatic to the iris. METHODS Case report. A 38-year-old man with a history of gastric signet ring cell adenocarcinoma presented with a white lacework-like mass on the iris of the left eye. RESULTS Systemic medical evaluation demonstrated no other metastasis. Because of increased intraocular pressure, trabeculectomy and peripheral iridectomy were performed.
