Gastric adenocarcinoma with microangiopathic hemolytic anemia and disseminated intravascular coagulation: a case report.

The case reported was a 54-year-old woman with adenocarcinoma of the stomach who developed microangiopathic hemolytic anemia (MHA) and disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC).
