GasTurbnLab is a problem solving environment which, someday, could evolve into a complete simulation of a gas turbine engine. The initial PSE involves only the principal power producing components: the compressor, combustor and high pressure turbine. Even this piece stretches the capabilities of current computer and simulation technology.
