A case of a choroidal metastasis treated with Gamma Knife stereotactic radiosurgery is reported. A 48-year-old Caucasian man afflicted with lung cancer (adenocarcinoma) was referred to the University Hospital of Verona, Italy, for loss of vision in his left eye due to a choroidal mass with exudative retinal detachment.
