In this paper, we propose a localization scheme named Opportunistic Localization by Topology Control (OLTC), specifically for sparse Underwater Sensor Networks (UWSNs). In a UWSN, an unlocalized sensor node finds its location by utilizing the spatio-temporal relation with the reference nodes.
