Biosynthesis of metal oxide nanoparticles using microorganisms is an important area of research in nanobiotechnology which is an emerging eco-friendly science of well-defined sizes, shapes and controlled monodispersity. The present study proposed a green process for the extracellular production of copper oxide nanoparticles (NPs).
