The study was carried out at Biotechnology Center, Agricultural Directorate, Ministry of Science and Technology laboratories during the period of1/8/2017 – 12/5/2018 using tissue culture and mutation technique to evaluate the response of field performance of regenerated plants produced from irradiated callus of two potato cultivars Arizona and Labera class Elite .
