The involvement of guanine nucleotide-binding regulatory proteins (G-proteins) and adenylyl cyclase in the gonadotropin stimulation of cAMP was investigated using crude membrane fractions from granulosa cells of amago salmon (Oncorhynchus rhodurus) postvitellogenic ovarian follicles.
