We have recently demonstrated that wild-type beta2-adrenergic receptors (beta2AR) form homodimers and that disruption of receptor dimerization inhibits signalling via Gs [Hebert, Moffett, Morello, Loisel, Bichet, Barret and Bouvier (1996) J.
