Functional ionic liquids for hydrolysis of lignocellulose.

Abstract

An efficient system for hydrolysis of lignocellulosic materials to prepare reducing sugar in a series of functional acidic ionic liquids with low synthetic cost and excellent dissolved and catalytic activity was established.
