This occurrence of functional ulnar nerve paraganglioma with the hitherto undescribed associated glomus cell hyperplasia and tumorlet formation attests to the probable existence of normal sympathetic paragangslia in the extremity and their intimate functional relationship with glomu bodies.

The Diagnosis and Clinical Significance of Paragangliomas in Unusual Locations
- 2018
Medicine
The spectrum of anatomic locations of paragangliomas is outlined, the importance of morphology in establishing the correct diagnosis, the clinical implications for management, and the impact of genetics on the distinction between multifocal primary tumors compared with malignant disease are summarized.
Paragangliomas and Pheochromocytomas
- 2020
Medicine
All paragangliomas have malignant potential; therefore, they are not classified as benign or malignant but rather only as primary and metastatic; Metastasis must be distinguished from multifocal primary disease.

A malignant soft‐tissue paraganglioma of the leg
- 1957
Medicine
The patient was seen at intervals following the operation and one year later there was a definite, but slow-growing, local recurrence at the upper end of the calf and radiography of the chest showed numerous rounded secondary deposits, which suggested an intramuscular lipoma.

The case recorded here is that of a boy who developed a tumour of the left rectus femoris muscle, which recurred after local excision and subsequently gave rise to widespread metastases from which he died a year later.

Medicine
The first radiologically and histologically well‐documented case of primary synovial ES is reported, a 59‐year‐old woman who presented with pain followed by swelling of her right knee for 6 months and died 20 months after initial presentation.

This unusual case of Cushing's syndrome was attributable to an ACTH-secreting primary pulmonary paraganglioma, which caused the syndrome of ectopic adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) hypersecretion.
Primary osseous inflammatory malignant fibrous histiocytoma masquerading as chronic osteomyelitis.

Medicine
An extremely rare and unique case of primary osseous inflammatory malignant fibrous histiocytoma is presented, highlighting retrospectively the subtle clinical, radiologic, and pathologic features that can suggest this diagnosis.
