A fully automated method for the detection of beta-lactam antibiotics, including six penicillins (amoxicillin, ampicillin, cloxacillin, dicloxacillin, oxacillin, and penicillin G) and four cephalosporins (cefazolin, ceftiofur, cefoperazone, and cefalexin) in bovine milk samples has been developed.
