Filter-bank multicarrier (FBMC) is proposed to demonstrate a full-duplex asynchronous quasi-gapless (only one subcarrier spacing) carrier aggregation for millimeter-wave (MMW) radio-over-fiber radio access technology (RAT) in next-generation 5G heterogeneous mobile-data-network (Het-Net).
