SummaryBy using those cases of adenomatosis coli (AC) collected by Center for Polyposis Registration in Japan, an attempt was made for estimating frequency of the disease. Although year of diagnosis could be traced back to as early as 1954, the observed period was restricted to 1961 through 1975 because of their relatively constant performance for registration.
