We propose that KIC 1573174 is a quadruple-mode δ Scuti star with pulsation amplitudes between those of the high-amplitude Delta Scuti star group and average low-amplitude pulsators. The radial modes detected in this star provide a unique opportunity to exploit asteroseismic techniques up to their limits. Detailed frequency analysis is given for the light curve from the Kepler mission. The variation of the light curve is dominated by the strongest mode with a frequency of F0 = 7.3975 day−1, as…

Asteroseismology of a Double-mode High-amplitude δ Scuti Star TIC 448892817

We propose that TIC 448892817 is a double-mode high-amplitude δ Scuti star. The radial modes detected in this star provide a unique opportunity to exploit asteroseismic techniques up to their limits.

KIC 10975348: A Double-mode or Triple-mode High-amplitude δ Scuti Star?

In this paper, we analyze the light variations of KIC 10975348 using photometric data delivered from the Kepler mission. This star is exceptionally faint (Kp = 18.6 mag) compared to most well-studied

KIC 12602250: A Low-amplitude Double-mode Delta Scuti Star with Amplitude Modulation

We report a detailed light-curve analysis of the Kepler target Kepler Input Catalog (KIC) 12602250. The results show that KIC 12602250 is a low-amplitude radial double-mode δ-Scuti star with

Kepler observations of the high‐amplitude δ Scuti star V2367 Cyg

We analyse Kepler observations of the high-amplitude δ Scuti (HADS) star V2367 Cyg (KIC 9408694). The variations are dominated by a mode with frequency f1= 5.6611 d−1. Two other independent modes

Regularities in frequency spacings of δ Scuti stars: the Kepler star KIC 9700322

In the faint star KIC 9700322 observed by the Kepler satellite, 76 frequencies with amplitudes from 14 to 29000 ppm were detected. The two dominant frequencies at 9.79 and 12.57 c/d (113.3 and 145.5

Asteroseismology of a High-amplitude δ Scuti Star GSC 4552-1498: Mode Identification and Model Fitting

In this paper, the pulsation behavior of high-amplitude δ Scuti star GSC 4552-1498 was analyzed. Using the high-precision photometric data from the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite, two new

KIC 4142768: An Evolved Gamma Doradus/Delta Scuti Hybrid Pulsating Eclipsing Binary with Tidally Excited Oscillations

We present the characterization of KIC 4142768, an eclipsing binary with two evolved A-type stars in an eccentric orbit with a period of 14 days. We measure the fundamental parameters of the two

KIC 5950759: a high-amplitude δ Sct star with amplitude and frequency modulation near the terminal age main sequence

Among the intermediate mass pulsating stars known as δ Sct stars is a subset of high-amplitude and predominantly radial-mode pulsators known as high-amplitude δ Sct (HADS) stars. From more than

Asteroseismology of the Double-mode High-amplitude δ Scuti Star VX Hydrae

Bi-site time-series photometric and high-resolution spectroscopic observations were made for the double-mode high-amplitude δ Scuti star VX Hya. The fundamental frequency f0 = 4.4763 c days−1, the

TIC 308396022: delta Scuti-gamma Doradus hybrid with large-amplitude radial fundamental mode and regular g-mode period spacing

We analyse the pulsating behaviour of TIC 308396022 observed by the TESS mission. The star is a high-amplitude δSct star (HADS) that shows a very rich amplitude spectrum using the 3-yr light curve.

Pulsations of the High-Amplitude δ Scuti star YZ Bootis

We present a study on pulsations of the high-amplitude δ Scuti star YZ Boo based on photometric observations in Johnson V and R bands with both the Nanshan 1-m telescope of Xinjiang
