Abstract

IT HAPPENS at almost every conference - a nurse stands up and talks about something innovative going on at their NHS trust that staff elsewhere never knew existed. It could be a shift system that has cut absenteeism or a link with local vicars that is helping congregants with mental health difficulties access services.
