We study the radiative transitions between vector and pseudoscalar quarkonia in the light-front Hamiltonian approach, and investigate the effects of using different current component and different reference frames. In practical calculations with truncated Fock spaces, transition form factors may acquire current component dependence and frame dependence, and such dependences could serve as a measure for the Lorentz symmetry violation. We suggest using the transverse current with $m_j=0$ state of…

Non-perturbative applications of quantum chromodynamics
We investigate quantum chromodynamics (QCD) in the non-perturbative regime with the light-front Hamiltonian formalism. Our explorations are from two aspects, the hadron bound states and the high
Relativistic bound states on the light front
We develop and apply a relativistic and non-perturbative approach to bound states and their properties on the light front in Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD). We investigate a Hamiltonian, derived in
Baryons in a light-front approach
We present a model for baryons based on three constituent quarks using light-front holography together with basis light-front quantization (BLFQ). The work is generalized from the method which
Basis light-front quantization for a chiral nucleon-pion Lagrangian
We present the first application of the Basis Light-Front Quantization method to a simple chiral model of the nucleon-pion system as a relativistic bound state for the physical proton. The
Semileptonic decay of Bc to ηc and J/ψ on the light front
We study the semileptonic decay of the $B_c (0^-)$ to charmonia through the bottom-to-charm-quark electroweak current in the framework of basis light-front quantization. Explicitly, we calculate the
On the light-front wave functions of quarkonia
The light-front wave functions of hadrons allow us to calculate a wide range of physical observables; however, the wave functions themselves cannot be measured. We discuss recent results for

Frame dependence of form factors in light-front dynamics
In light-front dynamics, form factors are traditionally computed with the "good current" $J^+$ within the Drell-Yan frame $q^+=0$. Due to truncations imposed in practical calculations, the from
Radiative transitions between 0-+ and 1-- heavy quarkonia on the light front
We present calculations of radiative transitions between vector and pseudoscalar quarkonia in the light-front Hamiltonian approach. The valence sector light-front wavefunctions of heavy quarkonia are
Form factors and generalized parton distributions of heavy quarkonia in basis light front quantization
We calculate the electromagnetic (charge, magnetic and quadrupole) form factors and the associated static moments of heavy quarkonia (charmonia and bottomonia) using the Basis Light Front
Mesonic form factors and the Isgur-Wise function on the light front
Within the light-front framework, form factors for P{r_arrow}P and P{r_arrow}V transitions (P denotes a pseudoscalar meson, V a vector meson) due to the valence-quark configuration are calculated
Frame independence of exclusive amplitudes in light-front quantization
While the particle-number-conserving convolution formalism established in the Drell-Yan-West reference frame is frequently used to compute exclusive amplitudes in the light-front quantization, this
Comparison of two Minkowski-space approaches to heavy quarkonia
In this work we compare mass spectra and decay constants obtained from two recent, independent, and fully relativistic approaches to the quarkonium bound-state problem: the Basis Light-Front
Quarkonium as a relativistic bound state on the light front
We study charmonium and bottomonium as relativistic bound states in a light-front quantized Hamiltonian formalism. The effective Hamiltonian is based on light-front holography. We use a recently

A formalism for the relativistic description of hadron decays within the constituent quark model is presented and transition form factors both in the scattering and the decay regions are expressed through light-cone wave functions of the initial and final hadrons.
Electromagnetic form-factors in the light front formalism and the Feynman triangle diagram: Spin 0 and spin 1 two fermion systems
The connection between the Feynman triangle diagram and the light-front formalism for spin-0 and spin-1 two-fermion systems is analyzed. It is shown that in the limit q+ = 0 the form factors for both
Comparison among Hamiltonian light front formalisms at q+ = 0 and q+ not equal to 0: Space - like elastic form-factors of pseudoscalar and vector mesons
The electromagnetic elastic form factors of pseudoscalar and vector mesons are analyzed for space-like momentum transfers in terms of relativistic quark models based on the Hamiltonian light-front
