Exercise-induced anaphylaxis (EIAn) is a rare condition characterized by giant urticaria, angioedema and acute gastrointestinal symptoms that develops on exertion. In the most severe forms it may be associated with acute cardiorespiratory symptoms (laringeal stridor, wheezing), profound hypotension or syncope.
