Abstract

Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma is a rare tumor that occurs mainly in lymph nodes. We report a case of follicular dendritic cell sarcoma in a cervical lymph node that was initially diagnosed as a B-cell lymphoma by Tru-Cut biopsy.
