The effects on fertilization of the morphology of spermatozoa, acrosome reaction, reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, leukocyte contamination and the light scattering in flow cytometry of semen preparation were investigated in 73 couples undergoing their first in-vitro fertilization treatment.
