Twenty-two patients with coronary artery disease and spontaneous ventricular tachycardia (VT) or ventricular fibrillation (VF) underwent intracardiac electrophysiologic evaluation and, when possible, ambulatory monitoring before and after therapy with flecainide (mean dose 418 +/- 87 mg [mean +/- standard deviation]).
