PURPOSE To determine the relationship between the first-trimester chorionic bump and fetal aneuploidy. METHODS This retrospective cohort study included all singleton pregnancies with chromosomal analysis and sonographic examination performed between 5 0/7 and 13 6/7 weeks from January 1, 2010 through August 15, 2015.
