The finite-time passive control for a class of nonlinear uncertain systems with time-delays and uncertainties is studied. The nonlinear parameters are satisfied Lipschitz conditions. An optimal robust passive controller with respect to the finite-time interval is designed while the exogenous disturbances are unknown but energy bounded.
