Finite-mode spectral model of homogeneous and isotropic Navier-stokes turbulence: a rapidly depleted energy cascade.


An eddy-viscous term is added to Navier-Stokes dynamics at wave numbers k greater than the inflection point kc of the energy flux F(log(k)).
