Finite element analysis of slab unbending

The updated equation of continuous unbending is given and analyzed by FEM, which is contrasted to one point unbending. During one point unbending, high plastic-strain ratio zone is near by the unbending point while in continuous unbending condition the plastic strain ratio is low and strain is uniform. Strain is the largest in surface and neutral surface is bias to outer arc. The FEM result of the total plastic strain is well agreed to theoretic value.
