PURPOSE To report the technical aspects, complications, and outcomes concerning fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB) in uveal melanoma. DESIGN Retrospective cohort study. METHODS Patients with uveal melanoma who underwent transscleral or transvitreal FNAB at an ocular oncology center were retrospectively evaluated.
