Occupational therapists who must provide alternative computer access are faced with a daunting task. From nearly 500 types of devices, they must decide on a specific access technology that will meet clients' needs. Without extensive clinical experience, it is difficult to select an appropriate level of intervention from the alternatives without guidance.
