To investigate the different vortex structures between two chiral pairings ${p}_{x}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}\mathrm{i}{p}_{y},$ we calculate the pair potential, the internal field, the local density of states, and the free energy in a vortex lattice state based on the quasiclassical Eilenberger theory, and analyze the magnetic-field dependence. The induced opposite chiral component of the pair potential plays an important role in the vortex structure. It also produces an $\sqrt{H}$ behavior…
Elementary vortex pinning potential in a chiral p-wave superconductor
The elementary vortex pinning potential is studied in a chiral p-wave superconductor with a pairing
Magnetic-field dependence of thermodynamic quantities in the vortex state of type-II superconductors
We develop an alternative method to solve the Eilenberger equations numerically for the vortex-lattice states of type-II superconductors. Using it, we clarify the magnetic-field and
Nonmagnetic impurity effect in vortex states of chiral superconductors
Nonmagnetic impurity scattering effects in the vortex states are studied in the Born and the unitary limits for chiral superconductors by Eilenberger theory. We compare the spatial structure of the
Vortex states in superconductors with strong Pauli-paramagnetic effect
Using quasiclassical theory, we analyze the vortex structure of strong-paramagnetic superconductors. There, induced paramagnetic moments are accumulated exclusively around the vortex core. We
Properties of the ideal Ginzburg-Landau vortex lattice
The magnetization curves M(H) for ideal type-II superconductors and the maximum, minimum, and saddlepoint magnetic fields of the vortex lattice are calculated from Ginzburg-Landau theory for the
Fulde-Ferrell state in ferromagnetic chiral superconductor with magnetic domain wall: application to UCoGe
We study a ferromagnetic chiral superconductor in the presence of magnetic domains with a focus on the heavy fermion system UCoGe. Within mean field approximations, it is shown that chiral
