37-year-old nulliparous woman was referred to our institution for infertility of 1 year’s duration. After menarche at 12 years of age, her menses were regular every 28 days until 18 months before presentation. Two years earlier, she underwent uterine artery embolization for uterine leiomyomas, and 6 months later, her menses became irregular, occurring every 2 to 3 months.
