The even-even and even-odd nuclei {sup 126}Xe{endash}{sup 132}Xe and {sup 131}Ba{endash}{sup 137}Ba are shown to have a well-realized SO{sub 8}{improper_superset}SO{sub 6}{improper_superset}SO{sub 3} fermion dynamical symmetry. Their low-lying energy levels can be described by a unified analytical expression with two (three) adjustable parameters for even-odd (even-even) nuclei that is derived by using the vector and spinor representations of the fermion model.
