Cancer chemotherapy for haemodialysis patients has never been established. To elucidate the feasibility of cisplatin-based combination chemotherapy for haemodialysis patients with lung cancer, a dose escalation study was conducted. Five haemodialysis patients with lung cancer were treated with cisplatin and etoposide.
