OBJECTIVE To determine whether microsatellite instability in endometrioid endometrial cancer is associated with favorable survival. METHODS Microsatellite instability analysis was performed in 131 patients with endometrioid endometrial cancer using three polymorphic markers in paired cancer and normal DNA.
