Fatigue fracture of the distal part of the radius in a pool player.

Abstract

A stress fracture of the radius occurred in a 22-year-old pool player who was well known for his unique style of putting 'English' on the billiard ball. Typical radiographic findings were seen, and the fracture subsequently healed. Only a few cases of stress fracture of the radius have been previously reported.
