Quality of life (QL) was evaluated in 101 patients with AML undergoing intensive and prolonged treatment at 12 sequential time points by using the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) QLQ-C 30 questionnaire and the profile of mood states scale (POMS).
