Addressing Failure Factors in Knowledge Management
This article describes a knowledge management (KM) approach conceived from countermeasures targeted at addressing failure factors suggested in the literature. In order to counteract failure factors,
A HISTORY OF SATELLITE NAVIGATION.
TLDR
The evolution of satellite navigation is traced from the early stages of the Navy’s Transit system through the developmental Navy and Air Force programs known as Timation and 621B, which contributed strongly to the synthesis of the current satellite navigation system called GPS.
Estimators of the indoor channel for GPS-based pseudolite signal
TLDR
The indoor channel propagation using GPS pseudolites is analyzed, based on the measurement data collected in measurement scenarios, to find suitable statistical models of the indoor propagation that give further insight on multipath behavior and fading distributions.
Pseudolite Applications in Positioning and Navigation: Progress and Problems
TLDR
The historical Pseudo-satellites hardware developments and recent progress in pseudolite-based positioning are reviewed, and the current technical issues are discussed.
Adaptive Equalization Using Controlled Equal Gain Combining for Uplink/Downlink MC-CDMA Systems
TLDR
This paper introduces a new level changer to the EGC equalizer in order to adapt the equalization parameters to the channel coefficients and reduces drastically the mutliuser interferences caused by interferes, without increasing the noise power.
