PURPOSE To identify factors that influence near vision after monofocal intraocular lens (IOL) implantation for distance vision. METHODS A retrospective review was conducted of patients who underwent cataract surgery with monofocal IOL implantation from October 2009 to April 2010 at Samsung Medical Center.
