The research highlights the factors that have impact on the career decision of business graduates in Pakistan. The factors were divided into five broad categories family, socializers, environmental influence, personality, and career preferences. All the variables were measured with the help of survey of universities in Pakistan. The effect of family and fathers occupation was especially focused.
