A simple and clean synthesis for Nd2Sn2O7-SnO2 nanocomposites as high-efficiency visible-light responsive photocatalyst is described applying extract of pineapple, for the first time. As novel and non-toxic biofuel, extract of pineapple, is employed to fabricate Nd2Sn2O7-SnO2 nanocomposites through an environment-friendly procedure.
