Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is a rare tumor with aggressive behavior, high recurrence rate, and rapid evolution. Surgery is the only curative modality, while systemic treatments such as mitotane and chemotherapy associated to locoregional therapeutic tools remain as palliative options.
