The reliability of welded construction during exploitation is an important due to safety of people, protective environments as well as material goods. One of approach to improve reliability of welded constructions is learning on former failures of welded constructions. Usually failures of welded constructions as well as the knowledge base model about accessible failures of welded constructions were explained in this paper.
