Using hot water extraction method conducts the single factor and orthogonal experiments and explores the best condition to extract three effective ingredients: theaflavin, tea polyphenol, theabrownine from green tea. Through a series of experiments gets the best extraction process: 368.15K, 35 min, ratio 1:40.
