  • The study aimed to investigate the effect of extract of Ginkgo biloba (EGb) on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Wistar rats were divided into non-SAH, SAH, vehicle, EGb1 (low-dose), and EGb2 (high-dose) groups. VEGF mRNA and VEGF protein were measured from brain tissues.
