This paperaddressesthe problemsof routing datagramsto nodeslocatedin an IPv6 mobile network. A mobile network is a network that is changingits point of attachmentdynamicallysuchasa network deployed in an aircraft, a boat,or a car. The IETF Mobile-IPv6 protocol that hasbeendevelopedto supportmobile nodes is unable to supportmobile networks efficiently.
